Letter From the Editor (January 2017)

 Dear Readers,

Here we are in the year of 2017. Last year we brought you some really amazing articles and this year will not be any different. We are going to be discussing more powerful topics while providing biblical proof for the statements that we make. Historical facts will also be provided within these articles as proof as to how/where different doctrines, which are contrary to the Bible, comes from.

Have you ever truly asked yourself, “Is it possible for an individual to obtain perfection?” Many people believe that no one can be perfect, which makes me wonder if they read or even believe in the Bible. The Bible has a lot to say about one’s ability to reach a level of perfection. I cannot understand how someone can claim to believe in the text, but only accept certain things pertained in it.

I’ve learned that people have the tendency not to accept things that makes them uncomfortable. Not acknowledging the fact that one can be perfect gives people an excuse to continue living in sin. God is our creator and His instruction on how to live a perfect life in the Bible. Find out what that instruction is in “How Perfect Are You?”

Also, there is a great editorial on “How Hard Is It To Live In Faith And Not Be Criticized?” OMG! I cannot tell you how many times I’ve heard people talk about this. I have friends that tell me about the well-dressed women, sitting in the front row of the churches, wearing the oversized hats, and looking down on others because of something negative that they’ve heard and gossiped about amongst each other. Wait…isn’t gossiping a sin? You know what, I think I’m just going to sip on my tea right now.

Some people actually go to a place of worship to get their lives right and condemning/looking down on individuals for something he/she did wrong, can discourage a person from seeking God. No one likes to for their sins to be thrown into their faces when they are trying to do better. Truth be told, those that are so busy bringing your sins to the forefront are probably the biggest sinners under the roof. Man, this tea is so good!

Well, that’s all for now, I’ll chat with you again next month.
